Checked my bank account June 11th and a bogus check for $30 made out to Capital Advance was posted on my account. I contacted my bank and asked them why they would process such a check, especially when it clearly is not real, it's not drawn out on USAA Federal Savings Bank legal check and the signiture area says "NO SIGNITURE REQUIRED" I was told by the bank rep that I needed to contact the company to straighten this out. Both me and the bank rep did a three-way conference call and the end result was the company sayiny that they will refund me the money that was taken (they even sent a refund processed email on the 12th of June...10-15 days to show up in my account). It's now July 10th and I have yet to see a refund and I cannot get in contact with this compnay to save my life. A dispute has been made on this charge and I hope this matter is resolved ASAP. This whole thing sounds like a scam, I have no idea how they rec'd my info and why they are not refunding people their money back.
