I signed up for a free sample and paid about 6.00 dollars plus shipping in june, 2011. I found out recently that they charged me 97.88 in july and after sending me another packge charged me an additional 97.88 on August 17 or 18th ( I have this info). I found this out after I called customer service who replied I did not respond re: cancelling a 45 day trial ( hwer was this written? if at all) so they charged me 97.88 per month to receive further offers. They are quite dishonest. I read similar consumer reports. Right now at this time, they refuse to refund my money stating that it has been after the 45 days. Actually they said they would refund the August charge if I returned the sample w/in ten days, but refused to refund the former charge. Now I have read, via the other negative consumer reports, that the person who sent back her/his package with a siganture confirmation request in order to get a refund, was informed by the company (Miracle Face Kt) that they never received the return so ... no refund. Stop them please! Ron
