I ordered a Panasonic tv from Bytems.com on June 17th. They requested an amazon gift card for payment, but provided sales people contacts information to make it seem legitimate. There were also reviews online from ebay and merchantcircle.com saying they were a high satisfaction sight. The tv didn't arrive. I emailed to request a shipping number. They said they would provide soon, but didn't. I emailed again requesting a refund. They emailed saying they were processing the refund. However, now the website is totally gone and they have used the whole Amazon gift card I provided and clearly did not provide a refund. We got scammed out of $1050.00.
