I ordered a bottle of 024 Pain Management spray for which I paid £9.99 and have recieved, but a couple of weeks later I have been charged £79.99 for something I have not authorised or recieved , as I am an old age pensioner there is no way I can afford to lose this amount of money,please can you help me to get this money back.

- I too bought a bottle of o24 Pain Spray & 2 free boxes of towelettes for what I thought was £19.99, like you £79.99 was taken out of my bank 2 weeks later. I did manage to talk to the company in America 'allnaturalpainmanagement', they said that if you don't ring to cancel in the first 14 days then you are charged £79.99 that this is in the terms & conditions which apparently is ticked when first placing the order. It is a very good 'legal' scam, and it has taught me a valuable lesson READ THE TERMS & CONDITIONS. I thought the main threat of scams came from Africa, Far East etc. No, its much closer to home - the USA!

The terms and conditions state quite clearly that you will be billed
19.99 DOLLARS. followed by 79.99 DOLLARS. Unless you phone within 14 days and cancel. We have been charged £19.99 (Pounds) and £79,99(Pounds). Not dollars. Also, we were delivered short of 1 item and, watch this space, a further £79.99 one month later. No further delivery was to be expected according to the famous terms and conditions, for 90 DAYS. Should have smelt a rat when we found the first payment went to Mauritius!!!!! Isn,t that near Nigeria? -
