Purchased a camera through Bytems.com June 28, once they received their money June 30 there was no more correspondence from Bytems and of course no camera. I assumed that since the website was located in North America the purchase would be safe. I will file an official complaint with the authorities.

- No luck at all. Chances of getting your's or my money back are slim to none I'm affraid. I checked with Amazon they were of no help at all same with the credit card company. Amazon said that they can't divulge any information on the person who cashed in the gift certificate for items on their website. All they care about is getting thier money of course.
