While I was searching for ITV.player, a survey for ITV appeared, which I decided to fill, then as a thanking gift the above mentioned "thank you gift" appeared on the screen It said I only need to pay £3.95 for the kit. However, to my surprise, on the 6th July they took £57.95 from my account. I discussed with my banker but they said there might be some pre-check radio button which might have been already when we accepted placing the order. The bank will keep an eye to my account in the case they want to take more money, in the mean time, they are asking for the money back. This is indeed a fraudulent transaction. I urge all people on earth to be aware of this company and avoid doing any transaction. I am surprised they have not even put any contact numbers for any of us to call or approach, and the only way to contact them is writing to an address they have in Israel.
