I went to Craigslist to find a condo for my family in Gulf shores Alabama. This is where I came across an add for a condo for rent by owner sent a email requesting information and just to make it short story I was told that I would have to send half of the total rent 400.00 dollars by money gram to the owner I was sup. To be talking to the land lord at the Colonnaide beach Resort gulf Shores alabama the owner who I was sup. To send the money to name was Peggy Laws in Jacksonville Florida area code 32244. Mabel was very conv. She emailed me a rental contract to fill out and return with the info from the 400.00 money gram and then I would receive a reservation # ! Thank goodness I googled both names and found Peggy Laws name but diffrent Name for land lord and same rental scam on this web site!!
