I sent 8 Injectors for an 06 Chevy HD to Realdiesel.com. A internet site that rebuilds injectors for diesel trucks located in Mocksville, NC. I was assured when I sent them out (8 weeks ago) that the would be returned to me in a week or less. I sent them more than $3500.00 in part's and A check for $1900.00 for the work they where doing.. I am out alot more than that on renting a car to drive and gas to get to work.. I have payed insurance for 2 month's and counting on a truck that won't run.. They have Emailed me back a few time's and assured me they would be shipping them out.. I have still not received my part's Or any phone calls what so ever..

- I hear you loud and clear, I had almost the same exact experience. They were very helpful on the phone and email until they got my money, they wanted me to send a cashiers check because there "credit card processor" was down, I made them do the deal through ebay just incase they were dishonest and sure enough I have not heard back. I paid for overnight payment ($50) to ensure they got payment becase of several emails confirming my injectors were ready to be over nighted free of charge. I paid $1395 for the injectors + core plus my mechanic to dissasemble and now charge me every day the truck is there since I dont have injectors to give him to install, plus they screwed my family out of their only summer vaction since I needed the truck to tow for our trip. really makes me want to jump on a plane and head out to 3045 US HWY 601 N MOCKSVILLE NORTH CAROLINA 27028 and have some words with Larry Shannon Brown. At least I'm covered by ebay buyer protection, i'm sure ebay will follow through and take them to small claims to get their money. Oscar did you ever hear anything back since you wrote this?

- Yes as a matter of fact I have.. they sent me an email like a week ago telling me my part's for my injector's where on back order and ask if I wanted to wait for the part's to come in or did I want my injectors back with a full refund.. I told Shannon I wanted my injector's back with a full refund and I have not gotten an email back since...As soon as I get My receipt for my new injectors, Im going to the court house with all my paper work and copy's of the email's I have received.. I have talked to my attorney and the BBB and they are going to help me any way they can. I can understand you being mad over your vacation he also screwed up mine and my family's.. Did you ever get your part's back or your money?

- I heard from someone that was email on "Shannons" behalf because he was out of the office "Jason Stanley" saying Shannon was out of the office and my injectors were boxed up ready to ship overnight. I was kind of unsure about them when they asked me to send a cashiers check and insisted they do the deal through ebay which they did. like I mentioned I will be coved by Ebay Buyer protection but this (Inappropriate Content Removed) me off. From what I can see it looks like they have nearly 500 positive feedback on ebay which is why i purchased through them, however they only have like 1 feedback this year. What it looks like happend is that this was his Dad's business and he ran it ligit then his dad probably passed awsy and this piece of (Inappropriate Content Removed) took it over to (Inappropriate Content Removed) people out of their money. Your complaint isnt the first ive seen on the internet and i'm sure it wont be the last, my negative feedback will surely be his first on ebay and if Ebay cant get ahold of him then his account will be shut down.
