I started with today's date. The following is an account of what happened to me.

Last November I called to cancel. They said my account would be credited (at that time $40). In December, I again had to call to cancel (then $80) and again was informed my bank account would be credited. And so on and so far. My bank account was finally credited (now up to $280). This was in May '12. They said they would credit my account and call me back in June if I wanted to restart it would be only $19.95 a month. My bank account was, indeed, credited BUT only $40.00!!!! I was about to give up when I found this web site while looking for their site.

It sounds like a bunch of people got ripped off by this company. I am filing this complaint to add to the number of others represented by your site. Please let me know what to do to try and get my money back.

Thank you,

Respectfully submitted,

Cher L Welch
