i wanted to search a file and just signed up and paid $4.95 for the software. But it didn't work. It always search the wrong files. Then today it charged me $72.37 automatically,but i don't want the service so i did the cancellation but it didn't work. I also wrote serval emails to ack for the refund. Never reply!!! The website is a thief and it should be closed!!!!!
