Said named individual uses multiple Ebay accounts with 0 feedback as a buyer. He wins your auction and will send you a FAKE payment confirmation from PayPal/Ebay that looks VERY legitimate. Once you send off item, you will realize no payment has been posted to your bank, and Ebay will have no record of any transaction.
He uses the excuse that he is new to ebay and wants your PayPal email so he can pay you. What he really does is send you a fake payment statement. SELLER BEWARE! ALSO-He will even make you feel confident by providing a phone number where you can text him. This telephone number is actually a "pinger" number which anyone can set up on the internet and appear anywhere in the world. Be carefull of this guy
