This service allows you a trial period then if you want to cancel (they already have your credit card information) you have to wait 48 hours then log in again to cancel In thte interim they bill you for $18.95 for the next months service. When you do call in they will "refund" 50% in 10 to 15 business days. If you call to cancel that should be all you have to do. These exercises that the consumer must go through to cancel this fraudulent service. Their reorts are inaccurate, suddenly completely unknown persons pop up in your search and the information is extremely difficult to read and decipher. Let alone if something goes wrong you will be repeatedly charged $1 to get the same infomration over and over.

I am the head of customer service for LookUpLTD. I’d first off like to apologize if you had a poor experience. I would like to clarify that we have a vast number of reports to provide to customers and we help thousands every day. Banking and credit card regulations require all companies, including LookUpLTD.com, to state charges directly beside where a customer fills out their credit card information. On our website, we state that after seven days if you do not cancel your membership, you will be charged $18.95 monthly as we would assume you would like to keep our services.
If for some reason a report was unavailable, although this is rare, it usually means there is some redundant information in the system. However, in order to achieve outstanding customer service which we pride ourselves on, we always offer refunds. An additional service we offer is for the customer to allow a 3 hour extensive search done by a member of our team in order to further investigate results.
