Was sent a cashier's check for $4200.00 to be used as money to be a "secret shopper". Company was called market force, 369 Lexington Avenue, 2nd Floor, New York, NY 10017. Telephone 1-646-527-9738, Toll Free 1-888-727-0755, Fax 1-888-882-9581, Web: www.Marketforce.com. Deposited the money into my account and was told to withdraw it the next day to use for shopping. Was instructed to go to Wal-Mart and shop and purchase and evaluate three departments. Was then instructed to go to Winn-Dixie and transfer $1700 using Western Union to London, England, was told we were checking on the clerk for theft and would get a refund the next day. I was then sent to Publix done the road to do the same thing there. I was then instructed to fax copies of all receipts to their office and I would be called the next day with further instructions for the refunds. No call, called them and no answer. Bank called me on Monday and said the check was counterfeit and I owed them $4250. Returned items to Wal-Mart and borrowed $4000 to pay the bank. The person's name from market force I dealt with was Tony.
