charged on my credit card 05/14/2012,never heard of this company,called twice would not answer phone,emailed said to wait for 2 days to hear from them, its now 7/20/12 still have not contacted me,going to the bank to file a complaint against them,had to put date in as 7/02/12 because it would not allow calender to go back
