A sales rep came to my office passing himself off as a T-mobile rep. He worked for Venicom, but it took many calls and persistance to even discover this. The contract that I singed was very vague and general. When he asked me to sign it electronically, it was a different contract, despite the fact that he said it was the same as the hard copy. For various reasons, I called T-mobile direct, for which Venicom charged me $800. Be very carefull of Third party sales reps. The companies that they work for cannot wait for you to screw up so they can totally give it to you.
