I got into the website. I went ahead and signed up for the registry, then requested a credit card. in the information given they made it appear as if each bid cost 99 cents not $99.00. I went ahead and tried the bidding and it's pointless. When I checked my balance on my bank account I realized that they didn't charge me 99 cents but rather $99.00. I called the website one of the respresentatives said they would cancel my account and would put in a request refund. I then called my bank and requested them to stop payment and begin a cliam. Next day they send me an e-mail saying they can't remburst my refund but they will give me additional coins to bid. I called them back requesting them to cancel my account but they said i had to e-mail their support online. I went ahead and did it like five times, all they did is say sorry they couldn't refund my money and keep adding more free coins to my account. I don't want their free coins I want my money back. Finally I recieved an e-mail saying that they cancelled my account. I want is my money back.
