I responded to a promotion when visiting bbc iplayer site promising £120 approximately worth of Dead Sea Kit for postage of £3.95. I was surprised to receive a debit of £57.95 against my account on 20th May 2012.
A further package was received during this month which I did not sign for and the DHL Couriers said that they would contact the sender and I would receive nothing further. I have now received an additional debit of £44.95 for which no product was required or received.
