Ziinga! OMG what a scam. I can not believe they can get away with what they do - How can they take these fees out of your account? I cancelled my 'membership' within the specified time they said that I did not confirm using a link that didn't work and even though they said it was confirmed but they continued to take money from my account for three months - over 30 emails to them trying to get my account stopped and $ refunded but they just kept saying no...somehow I finally managed to get it stopped (after 3 or more months of them taking my $. They just refused to refund or stop taking money from my credit card. My bank (ASB) where no help either, they basically said too bad, and you'l have to cancel your credit card. They said they'd not do anything to reverse the deductions. What annoyed me about the bank is that they let these payments go through meaning it put me over my credit limit and then also charged me fees!! Why didn't they stop the payments if it was over my limit?! It was a very, very expensive mistake to sign up for Ziinga and made even more expensive by my bank....Don't be sucked in people!!
