I ordered samples of Derma Science and Relift for which I paid with my credit card, I only received these products about 6 to eight weeks after I had ordered them then they debited 2 amounts off my credit card totaling R1,500.00 appros. $198. I queried it with the bank and they gave me a phone number to contact them, they informed me that if they do not hear from you within 21 days they automatically send you new products, but when I receive them they will credit me and I can return them. This was the 17/6/2012 and I have still not received anything so I cancelled my credit card so that they cannot take more money from my card.
