Choice Hotels is currently advertising on it's web site and via email subscription a "Stay 2 times and receive $50 gift card". The issue is deceptive advertising and a complaint has been filed with the FTC under the fair advertising act. Based on the deceptive advertising, I proceeded to book 2 separate stays at Choice Hotels for the promotion period. After some email contact with customer support they explained that I had not met the terms and conditions of the promotion and now my only recourse to attempt to recover my $50 through this venue.
