I have bought many phones from metro pcs over the years and just realized they are a big rip off always selling phones saying they new but they used and once u get the phone they don't work with you at all to replace it don't purchase the insurance it's a rip off saying u didn't read the fine print who can help stop this company from ripping off the American people I need answers.

- My friend just left the store complaint about his black berry phone that it's not working he explain to the worker that he just bought last month what u think he was no help sorry warranty is gone and I can't help u but u can buy a new one again oh I mean used one.
