RESVPOWER, whom I've NEVER heard of, has been charging my credit card, $43.62 x 2.. I did speak with them, they SAID they would credit my account, an account that I never opened with them, that was July 27, now August 22, no credit, there phone # is out of service and website gone. Now hoping the credit card company will refund my account.
