I took the trial offer...received the initial product. My bank account was charged $79.95 May 7, 2012. On May 8th there was another charge for $84.90. I called my bank...they took a complaint and refunded the $79.95 and were going to investigate the charges. I had tried and tried to call and cancel the line was always busy but after trying many many times I finally was able to cancel. I then got another jar in the mail...I returned unopened. The bank credited my $79.95 back to me on 6/1/2012. I thought it was all settled and I would just "eat" the $84.90 for the free sample. Today, 7/30/2012, the bank charged me back the $79.95. So now I am out a total of $164.95 and the merchandise received is the very small free sample...pretty expensive...I have learned a very valuable lesson nothing in life is free and sometimes you get into something you cannot get out of
