I received a package in the mail for a product called Colo-Klenz of which I did not order. My credit card was debited for 99.90 on 7/2/12. Today I called the phone number 323-774-1533 and talked with Matt. He said I would receive a check in the mail within 10 days. I asked to speak with his supervisor and he said there was not one available and he could not give me their name. He said he was a third party call center for the company that mailed the product. I asked for the phone number for the company and he said they contacted them by e-mail. I asked for the e-mail address and he said he could not give it to me. I told him I doubted that he was a legitimate company and that I felt that I was being scammed. He said he was sorry I felt that way. He took my information and said I should receive my refund in 10 days. The address on the envelope was 2122 S 950 E. Provo UT 84606-6163.
