Another bites the dust...Mr. Tony Ericson (I can call him something else but) called me saying he had a buyer for my timeshare told him please do not waste my time I do not wish to sell nor do I want to list my timeshare, however everything is for sale for a price. If you have a buyer we can close this deal. He said I call you back to see if the client (what client ?) would agree to asking price.
He called back said everything is ok and three weeks everything will be signed and delivered. This was in Feb.2012.
March went by oh so did April and May I called back they said very soon there was a little time consuming to check things out its different than buying a home I was told.
June went by and this dork Phil cooper calls and tells me that he was handling things for a few days for Tony and I said not interested to talk to you I dealt with Tony and he is who I want to speak to he is the one who loaded me with bs. so I hung up the phone and a few days later talked to tony all was good according to him....but I don’t have to go on we know what happened.
I even have a lawyers seal on my documents because I did not trust these guys 100 percent.
We should all get together and sue these crooks how I don’t know being in Canada.
