I purchased a tantrum skydiving session as a gift for my boyfriend. He has been trying to redeem his gift certificate but keeps getting a voicemail. He has left several messages, and hasn't been called back. I have tried reaching the customer service department, but I am not getting through to them. I have read several claims online about this website being a scam.
