Ordered windows XP 3service pack full version. Tried to install got stuck at the end. Took it to tran computer in Dallas. They told me that the program was burned and to send it back. I tried to no avail to contact them. I still do not know where to send it to. they will not answer phone or return messages via e mail or voice etc.
