Greetings,

We have been in contact with Cruise Comfort Ltd with the processing of your sailing documents. Also, we understand that you have been offered a job on the cruise ship. The MMD / Z-Card (Merchant Mariner's Document) and ICC (International Certificate of Competence) are the documents required of you before you can work in any Luxurious Cruise Ship/Yacht that is sailing to the any part of the world.
Proceed to send in the following requirements under-listed.

1) A scan copy of your International Passport or Passport Number.

2) Recent passport-sized (45mm x 35mm) of yourself.

This should be:

– taken against a light coloured background

– Clear and of good quality, and not framed or backed and

– Full face and without sunglasses, hat or other head covering unless you wear this for cultural or religious reasons (but the face must not be covered).

3) MMD / Z-Card and ICC document fee of £550 (Great British Pounds). You are to send the Fee to us via Western Union Money Transfer. See Payment details below.

A) Sender's full name.
B) Location where money was sent.

4) Signed Copy of your Employment Letter from the Company. (Received)

5) We have attached the Job Interview Questionnaire which you are to download, complete and send via Email (the attachment Job Interview Questionnaire Answered by you) to this email along with other requirements.

Note that you must provide all the requirements stated above, before processing of your MMD / Z-Card and ICC document will commence.

It takes about 3- 5 working days to complete your MMD / Z-Card and ICC document after we receive the requirements above.
