I talked to a representative on the phone. They told me that I would be able to save money. After making a debit card payment, I went to look up the no. to see when I would be getting my policy in the mail but when I did only half of the no. appeared which seemed fishy to me. I was able to google the name of the company & found the no. That's when I began reading the reports & complaints about them.
