I purchased a 1 year deal on March 28th for Ral'eau Salsa. When I did this I already had an un-activated 3 month deal for the same place, but the 1 year deal didn't stipulate new clients only. I didn't activate my 3 month deal until April 25th. Now that it's expired & I try to activate the 1 year deal, the studio tells me they won't honor it because I had previously activated the 3 month deal. They said it was listed in the contract that I couldn't use another deal. The trouble is, when I purchased KGB's 1 year deal, I didn't have a contract with the salsa studio because I hadn't activated the 3 month deal yet & the KGB site didn't specify new students only on the 1 year deal, so I had no reason to think that they wouldn't honor it. I didn't even try to activate it until well after the 7 day refund policy ended. Reasonably, I couldn't be expected to know that I wouldn't be able to use this deal & return it before the 7 days was up. Since I can't utilize the deal I paid for because of unknown rules, I want my $119.00 back.
