this company has took the full outstanding balance of my loan without my permission. I was made on 31/03/2012 so I decided to try and pay off my pay day loan. We agreed to £50 a month as I was claiming job seekers allowance but on 04/08/12 they took the full remaining balance straight out of my bank account without giving me any notice. they say this is all written in the small print on my contract but I have not received any contract since I reduced my payments. I have been paying £50 a month which was took out on 13/07/12 then another £50 on 31/07/12 and they still took another £153.74 on 04/08/2012. When I contacted them they said they have took it as i never made an agreement. Ive asked for calls to be pulled and contracts to be sent to me but been told I have to visit the branch and get my documents myself. Not helpfull at all. this has left me with no food shopping, unale to pay my phone bill and going to incur charges for unpaid direct debits. Please help,

thanks

Rachel Palmer
