I am a federal firearms dealer (darkside tactical), and this guy inquired about a very expensive rifle that he wanted to purchase via paypal, as well as have "an agent pick up the item". I put an ad up on KSL for the rifle just yesterday, and he sent his 1st email today.

This was the initial email sent via ksl.com:

I responded back. "yes we still have them and he could come into my shop and see it in person." Then recieved the following email back from the scammer:


Thanks for getting back to me,i want to ask you some questions about it.

1)Why are you selling it?
2)What's it present condition?
3)Are you the first owner?
4)What's your final price?


Am buying it for my personal use and i will be paying you through paypal as am currently out of town and i can only send money out from here through paypal,i have a pickup agent that will be coming for the pickup as soon as the payment has been send for it,so kindly send me your PayPal E-mail address and also your contact address to complete the payment now...I await your fast response..


HE IS A SCAMMER!!!



This is undeniably a scam because:
A. paypal cannot be used with firearms. I would never use paypal ANYWAY!

B. no "agent" can "pick up" a firearm!

BE CAREFUL... I am forwarding the email headers to Googles fraud dept on all the emails involved from Jack Moore!
