Wanted to look into getting a loan to pay off some high interest payments. I had filled out a few applications online. I was Contacted first my William Page. He said i qualified for $5000.00. He faxed me the contract. Requested that i send him my drivers liscence, voided check, and proof of income. To start the loan there was a payment required of $887.50 which was the first 5 months payments. They said i wouldnt have to start paying until February. They called me back and said that the "lender" decide to take insurance out on the loan so they needed another $1000.00 that i would get back as long as i didnt default on the loan. I made that payment and still not funds in my account. The name of the second guy who called is Micheal Williams. I have called Mo & RI attorney genrals offices they both said this is a scam and it is illegal to request money for a loan. I have filed with my local police contacted a lawyer as well as the FBI & FTC. I suggest you all do the same and keep as much info as you can with you so we can catch these guys.
