I received an invoice from this company a few weeks ago. One was dated from March and the other was an updated invoice with a $100 interest fee. After receiving several calls from the company about the charge I did not authorize I began to get irritated. I ask the bully, Joanne to listen to the authorization call. I immediately remembered the conversation because of the personas accent. Sure enough… I said “yes” when the gentleman asked if I authorized the charged. However, the tape was edited because he had told me in our original conversation that he was updated our records for a free listing and just needed to verify our address, etc. So of course I said yes when he asked if this was still our address. I really hope they don’t call back any more! I finally told her today to just send the invoice to the collection agency because I was not paying it. Also, their number always comes up as unknown and the number they give you to call back is always busy. SCAM!
