I took up an offer of Avilean and Colon Flow trials at 2.49 postage and packing only. When the goods arrived, I noticed that it stated that I would be charged a further £69.95 for each product in a month's time.
I immediately called them and arranged to return the products. They gave me reference numbers and I sent the packages by Royal Mail recorded delivery.
The returns were recorded, and signed for by someone at their address calle Hinton. The signature of whom is on the Royal mail website as an electronic proof. Despite this, they have failed to refund my trial offer postage as promised, and have subsequently debitted my account for both products (£140).
