My 10 year old son just got his phone and he received a message that he had won something free and chose it. Now we are getting charged for Mobile Plus Inc. 9.99 monthly. We don't see any apps purchased for Mobile Plus, Inc and no ability to utilize but are being charged on a monthly basis. I spoke with Sprint regarding this matter and they put a block on the service but advised that I needed to contact the provider and cancel the service unless the charges will continue to be on my bill. Very tricky!
