I wanted to buy a pair of converse that o saw online from a UK site when I was checking out I was redirected to fashionpay after about 2 weeks I got my sneakers but it was a cheap knock off and not the pair I ordered, after contacting them the told me if I want to return it I have to shipping and a bunch of other costs which will deducted from my refund. How can a blatant scam like this exist, is there anyway to get the site shut down?
