i joined loangogo in april12 realising that they couldnt really help my situation i cancelled my policy and got my refund back,then on the 17 may12 they re-took this money out my bank without my agreeing to it and left me over drawn and bank charges to make. i spoke to them on the phone and the man said he cant see it on his computer that they took the money and i'd have to provide proof,i have sent them a copy of the letter from my bank at the beginning of july and still have heard nothing and now i can not reach them on the phone. they have caused me weeks of stress at a time in my life which should be special as i gave birth on the 1st may12!! they are awful people and justice is due to many of us!!

- Loangogo scammed me of £78 im a young mum of two when they took the money I had to scrimp and scrape to get buy I want a refund but will I get it?
