I tried to order to social commissions and I paid and it failed due to I loss power and when I got back online I checked to see if it had gone through, and it didn't so I tried again. I only got a blank screen. Then I looked at my bank account only to find that I had been charged twice. And I couldn't get into that site again. So I tried to ask for a refund, only to find out that the billing support did not come up at all. I tried many times to ask for a refund, only to find out my emails wouldn't go through. So what am I suppose to do now?
