whilst browsing on the internet i was asked to cmplete a survey, can't actually remember what for!! at the end i was offered one of 3 products free with only shipping costs to pay for. I chose deadseakit and authorised a payment of £4.95 however when i checked my credit card account they had taken 57.95 and now they have sent me more supplies and have charged me £44.95 (i actualy haven't received the items as i was not in when the delivery was made) i have been totally conned by this company and the second payment has caused me to be over the limit on my card thus incurring charges. i am extremely annoyed that a company can basically 'steal' from me and i have no way of contacting them to demand a refund. I am now more than 100 pounds out of pocket for a product that i didn't really want, it seemed like a good offer at the time. I will never trust any company online again after this horrible experience. Can you advise me on how to move forward and try to get my money back
