Lorene and Timmy Drake advertised their timeshare rental at www.vacationtimesharerentals.com

We signed a contract for Lorene and Timmy Drake to use their timeshare points to let me to rent a 2 bedroom condo at the Hilton Hawaiian Village.

After sending the USD 2,160 deposit through PayPal (agent's name is Emmanuel Garza), and contacting both Lorene and Timmy Drake and Emmanuel Garza many times, I did not hear from them. In my last email to them, I asked them to send back the money or provide the reservation confirmation, if not I will report them as fraudulent. Lorene and Timmy Drake replied to that email saying "please do" - they do not care if they are reported as fraudulent.

I have also reported them to www.vacationtimesharerentals.com but did not hear from anyone about my complaint.

Unfortunately, as PayPal only insures buyers against purchases of tangible goods, I am not getting my money back.

Lorene and Timmy Drake, along with Emmanuel Garza should be blacklisted from all timeshare rental transactions. In addition, the general public (ie anyone who accesses the web and searches for their name) should be warned of their fraudulent transactions.
