The lady sounded like Hindu/Filipino I really couldnt understand her or him that well.... She said hello I'm from the us financial resources I'm a government agency where we give you free grants then she asked me if my name was ***** ******* and I said yes so then she said you know that grants are free and you don't have to pay them back this is because you have payed all your taxes and then she said I'm just giving you a follow up call (???) so that was strange to me..... Then she said blah blah blah you only have to give me 3.87 and I told her I don't have the money then she seemed at odds that I didn't have the money so then she said you don't have the 3.87 I told her no I can barely feed my self at this moment she said don't worry about it then I can give you a call later then I said. Aaahh. Uuuuuuuuum no why don't you give me your number she said something I couldn't understand her..... Then I said ok call me. at 10 she said am I said No at 10 pm she said oh oooooohh I don't think I will be here at that time so she was like I'll try..... She wanted to get my 3 last number from my debit card so I checked the site out it seemed real but when I google and said "us financial resources called me?" this website came out..... Dude and dudets don't fall for this (Inappropriate Content Removed)
