I received an email from the company on 30th July 2012 with the following contents:
Dear Customer,
Thank you for patronising www.outlet.com.sg.
You are receiving this email because you bought our Japanese Cogit Magic Cushion Pad Chair.
We were just informed by our partner merchant that although the product has already been shipped out, it will only be able to reach our Redemption Centre at a later date. Upon arrival of the product, we will be sending a emai to notify customers for collection.
Outlet and our Partner Merchant deeply apologize for this delay.
Feel free to contact us via our support email : [email protected] for any clarifications.
Regards,
Outlet Singapore Team

Tried logging in into their website and was taken back by the fact they are undergoing liquidation. I had tried calling the number stated on the website but it was not being answered somehow.
We, as customers, what should we do next?
