I subscribed to this company for a deal to buy a festina watch for £2.99 which I never received. When I sent details which they asked for via email to confirm my home address they sent a email saying it wasnt good enough for the offer. So I then sent an email saying I want to cancel subscription, they mailed me back saying that is fine. I havent heard anything from them since, no emails or anything. I just got my bank statement saying on the 13th july 2012 that vipocean have taken £69.90 out of my account. I have emailed them about this and havent heard back yet. I also tried phoning them but the number dosnt work. I feel Ive been ripped off and not sure what to do next.
