My mortgage was sold to Green Tree by Bank of America in January of 2012. I have never missed a mortgage payment and I received a letter in themail saying I need to obtain an attorney because my account is in foreclosure.. They will no longer accept my mortgage payments and will not let me speak to anyone at green tree about this.
