The company required $200 to open a "savings account" to save for a medical prodedure. When I found my MD did not accept the program due to problems with this type of company in the past, the rep became very annoyed and told me I would still have to pay $199 for the application fee. I asked for a refund request form, and the company never sent it. I have also filed a complaint with my bank and the Better Business Bureau. I have heard this company will try to debit your account again, so I had to change my debit card number. They are fraudulent, BEWARE!!!
