This is a man from Nigeria trying to rent out a house but has scammed me out of my money instead. I really need my money back. He claims he has a condo for me to rent but doesnt. I have emails, calls and documents he has fed me. Please help me as soon as possible to catch this guy.

This same man (?) committed fraud on my rental. Fortunately, I didn't send him any money because he was trying to rent out my apartment! I had listed it on rentals.com and craigslist, and he took the listing, reduced the price, copied my photo, and wanted me to fill out an application.
His e-mail is [email protected]. The scam e-mail: "Thanks for your interest and inquiries about my house. Yes the house is still available for rent and we are looking for a responsible person/family to occupy and maintain the house now that we are not around. My wife and i just moved to West Africa for a program called FAMILY LIFE AND HIV EDUCATION AND THE HIV PREVENTION FOR RURAL YOUTH PROGRAM, the program is taking place in three major countries in Europe, Africa, UK . We will be away for 2 to 3 years or more that is why I have made up my mind to put up my house for rent to whom ever that will take good care of it."
The e-mail then goes on to describe the apartment, and he sends an application (separately) asking for personal information.
When I asked to see the property in person he writes, "i want you to know that due to the fact that i am not in the states now,you can only drive by the house and view it from the exterior part,but i want to re assure you that you will love the interior part as soon as you move in.
Get back to me so that i can email you more pictures of the house
have a blessed day."
Sure would be nice to put an end to this scammer!
