I received a letter from PSP with a cashiers check in the amount of $4729.75 with instructions to cash the check and then call 646-571-4985 to speak to an assigned controller who would instruct me what to do.
I called and spoke to Ashley Moore who instructed me to cash the check as soon as possible, $ 175 was mine and an additional $100 upon completion of the training. I deposited the check at my bank and a week later I was advised that the institution upon which the check was drawn could not be found, I called for several days and got a recording saying the voice mail was full ans I could not leave a message. finally on August 24th James answered the phone and as soon as I introduced myself he hung up the phone, I am forwarding all correspondence and details to my associate at the FBI and the Depart of Justice with a formal complaint.
