My husband and I gave 2200 dollars to Frank Martinez at Reach Community Services for a downpayment on a house. Months passed and Frank kept telling us the house construction will start next week and next week and next week. Finally July we decided to cancel everything with this company and they promised by signing a letter to return our money back in 2 weeks. Two weeks went by and we called Frank and his employees but no one would answer except one that kept on telling us he didnt know where frank was or what was going on with our money. Up until today (one month and 2weeks) we have not received the money. Its not only us but more families that this company took the money from us and spend it. Its so sad and frustating because we had an illusion of getting a place for our kids and have been waiting for nothing with this company. Reach Community services from Mcallen tx. Frank Martinez came from tucson arizona promising a better future for us with his company. He doesnt even have the pants to answer our phone calls or text messages.
