went online to apply for payday loan. never received loan but noticed 3-5 days later that 30.00 was taken out of my checking account. i called loan tree customer service and have spoken to several foreign reps and they all say the same thing. they gave me a refund number and say that the money should be back in my account within 3-5 days. well that never happened. as of today 8/18/12 its still not in there and will have other alternatives dealing with this situation. this is ridiculous. i have called about 10-15 times and they say the same thing.
